I'm on a pretty tight budget and was planning to go with an i5 12400 (with iGPU) initially, and add a GPU like a 2060 Super later on. I currently also have only 16 gigs of RAM. WebAug 15, 2024 · Some of the photo software I use barely uses the GPU, or only in limited areas, like Photoshop. This week Adobe released an update of Lightroom Classic with improved GPU acceleration. They had it before, but it was very limited. I definitely see it accessing my eGPU (RX 580) at a level it didn't before. It helps. daughtry 2022
