It can also be used to collect urine samples, perform biopsies, and remove small stones. Purpose Webevacuation of clots and fulguration with electro--cautery, oral and intravesical agents, hyperbaric oxygen, and ultimately cystectomy with urinary diversion (Table-1). These treatments have been successful to varying degrees in the past. One po-tential endoscopic treatment is the use of laser te-chnology for coagulation of the bladder.
